Accessing the Macquarie sites for works
CBRE manages Macquarie tenancy at all of Macquarie office sites and base building operations at 50 Martin Place, Sydney. All contractors wishing to access these Macquarie sites must register with Sine and have an approved site access permit prior to coming on site. This page equips you with details that enable you to be ready with everything you need.



Step 1
Company Registration
If you are a new company engaged by CBRE or Macquarie or one of their contractors to work at a Macquarie site, you must do a one-time registration of the company by launching the form below. Keep company address, site contact (from CBRE or Macquarie) and a company contact details handy. Registration will take 5 minutes to complete. CBRE will review this information, and you will get an email notification of registration approval.
Step 2
Contractor Registration
Once the company registration is approved, all contractors/workers of the company who needs to access site must complete a one-time contractor registration using the button below. Contractor registration will take around 15 minutes to complete. Depending on job title, contractors may require uploading proof of qualifications or training certificates.
Step 3
Requesting Access Permit
Upon successful completion of steps 1 & 2, all you need to access site is an approved site access permit. If you work at Macquarie site regularly and perform low risk works, your company may be eligible for an annual site access permit. If you perform high risk works, you will need to submit a site access permit request for each job. Site access permit request can be raised using the button below. You'd need to upload Safe Works Method Statement (SWMS), Safety Data Sheets and complete high risk work permit questionnaire depending on what works you are performing. Reach out to your site contact if you have questions. Site access permit request takes 7-15 minutes to complete.

50 Martin Place loading dock: Please reach out to your CBRE Facility Manager for loading dock access.
1 Elizabeth Street: Book loading dock for 1 Elizabeth Street through Veyor. Scan the below QR code to complete one time registration.
