Share the details of your contractors

IFM Hub app allows your contractors to manage the activities assigned by CBRE.
To register, please download the excel template below and fill your contractor details and upload them using registration form button on the left.
Your company admin or one of your contractors can complete this one time step.

Individual Contractor Registration

Once your contractors are setup with IFM Hub, your contractors will reveive an email to complete the registration process. Notify your contractors to do below steps:

Complete instructions received in the email notification.
Set up a password.
Verify email address (through a verification code sent to email inbox).
Set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) using either a phone (SMS/Voice) or the OKTA Verify app as instructed in the mail.
