SINE Contractor Access Management System
The SINE system will be used by all CBRE and Non-CBRE suppliers entering the CBRE-controlled tenancy spaces. Suppliers and their team must be compliant within the system to gain access to site.

It is recommended but not mandatory for suppliers to have a SINE account and the associated app to allow for a more seamless experience and to be able to see status updates and make adjustments without the need to recomplete the entire form (increased efficiency).
Supplier Compliance Overview
-
Ensures entry for supplier contractors are pre-approved.
-
Ensures competent and compliant contractors perform works which are pre-approved by site operations team.
-
Ensures a safe and secure workspace for all parties.
-
Simple 4 step process as shown below.

Step 2: Individual onboarding to SINE
-
Once your company registration has been approved within SINE, the next step is for each of your site team intending to work on one of our sites to complete the Contractor Onboarding Form.
-
Inductions must be completed every 2 years within SINE and, where applicable, competencies must be updated upon their expiry date.
-
Once the individual has completed the onboarding process, it will be issued to the CBRE team for review.
-
If approved, the individual will be notified of the outcome.
-
Where it is rejected, the individual will be informed of the errors requiring adjustment.
-
It is recommended but not mandatory for individuals to have a SINE account and the associated app to allow for a more seamless experience.
-
Having a SINE account and the associated app makes it easier for the user as it allows you to make adjustments to forms without having to recomplete it entirely (increased efficiency).

Step 3: Request a Site Access Request (SAR)
-
An approved SAR must be in place where any activity listed in the SINE Guide below.
-
If your team carry out multiple activities as part of your scope, a SAR must be submitted for each activity (multiple RAMS cannot be added to an individual SAR).
-
Each team member and their email or phone number must be added to the SAR (these must match the information uploaded when they were onboarded as this is required for Site Check In).
-
Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible of the activity being conducted to minimize the likelihood of additional information being requested by the reviewer.
-
The SAR must be submitted at least 4 business days in advance. This ensures that, in the event of additional information being requested by the reviewer, there is no impact to the work commencement date.
-
The requestor will be notified of the outcome of the CBRE review via email or, if the requestor has a SINE account, via the SINE app.
Step 4: Mandatory Check-in and Check-out via SINE
-
Check in via the Smartphone SINE QR Code placed at a designated location on site (if in doubt, ask your site contact).
-
Successful check-in through SINE can only occur if the contractor is compliant within the SINE system and has an approved and current SAR in place for the site. Contractors will not be authorised to enter site without a valid check-in.
-
Where you are unable to check-in, liaise with your site contact on next steps.
-
Prior to leaving site, you must check out via SINE. This is allowing the site team to know you have left the site.
